A return to GK! NB Tape on right ankle was preventative for achilles support 😉
I was introduced to netball by my Year 6 teacher at 11 years old and I absolutely loved it! Now, many decades later, I still look forward to playing each week.
My first position was GK, but I didn't have enough skill or fight to be effective. I embraced WD in the next team I joined, finally settling into and refining GD for decades. As a teenager, I played high-level club netball but never rep. Deep confidence and self-belief were still years away. I played indoor with workmates and neighbours; I had a run at mixed, and then indoor rebound with other mums. A couple of social masters comps reminded me that netball can be a lifetime joy.
Based on the number of times I injured my ankles over the years, I simply considered I had 'dodgy' ankles and played most of my adult games with an ankle guard for fear of injury. When I blew my ACL at 40, I wondered if my playing days were over. Fast forward a decade, a knee reconstruction, and lots of rehab, I was back. The weekends I'd committed to my kids' sports were now free, and I headed back to the court. I was now officially a utility player, playing whatever position was needed, even shooter!
Now, I have a secret weapon: my mind! As a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist and Activation Method Life Coach, I walk the talk and bring everything I’ve learned and practiced onto the netball court with me. I play with more confidence and flexibility now because my mind is no longer sabotaging my performance. The ankle guards and knee concerns are simply things I used to have. I use all the tools and strategies in my kit to supercharge my netball.
These tools have been incredible for me, so I’ve developed a way to share them with you in the subconscious activations. You can find sporting success and deep satisfaction on the netball court for as long as you want to be involved. Don’t be surprised if you notice shifts elsewhere in your life too.
Exercise is essential for mental fitness. However, if you notice that despite all the conscious effort you are making to feel well and healthy, you're still not performing well, then a personal 1:1 therapeutic experience is in order. It will unblock deeply buried splinters that affect your life on and off the court. You don’t have to live with anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, or depression. You can release the feelings of not being good enough or that you're not sporty.
There is so much life on the other side of your emotional wounding. Like netball, right! 🙄🤣🏐

Subconscious activations tap into your subconscious mind, where automatic shortcuts, formed over time, are stored. It is also the repository for memories and the meanings you've assigned to various life events.
For example, learning to catch a ball initially requires focus and effort. With repeated practice, your body and mind learn the process, making it second nature. This catching skill is then stored in your subconscious mind, allowing you to catch a ball automatically without conscious thought.
The audio allows you to practice a new skill or habit by creating vivid mental pictures from words, simulating the experience as if you were actually performing the task. A subconscious activation takes negative emotions, like disappointment and frustration, out of the equation. This prevents negative emotions and thoughts from derailing our learning. By listening to the activation audio for 30 days, these shortcuts are embed directly into your memory centre.
Healing activations speak directly to the cells in your body supporting all the rehabilitation you are doing yourself or with professionals to speed up your recovery.
The best time to listen to an audio is at night as you're going to sleep, so it takes no time out of your regular day. It's the best practice ever!
'The best part of the course was blowing the whistle for practice'
CM, Hornsby Lions
'Im making intercepts like never before'

'I have definitely noticed a change in my recovery in the last couple of weeks. I've felt stronger and more confident in my abilities. I've even started running again with much less fear.'
Emma 46 (post Knee Reconstruction)
'Ankle guards are great but when I forgot them I worried I'd go over on my ankle. I love that I have been able to throw away my ankle guards and play with a renewed confidence in my body.'
