Hi! I'm Megan 🤗

I am a lover of all things netball, except having to umpire always left me paralysed with anxiety. What if I made a mistake? What if I got a call wrong? Has this every happened to you?

Umpiring the school netball team felt as important to me as the World Cup! This lack of confidence and self-doubt hindered my ability to enjoy the experience of umpiring. It became all about me rather than helping my team play, learn and have fun.

I was thrilled when I realised that it was MY thoughts and words that caused me all this anxiety because now I could change them. From what I have learned I can help you. Interrupt any negative thought lurking in your mind with this innovative course before it derails you, so you can thrive, love your umpiring, develop your leadership skills and stay in the game.

I am passionate about empowering young girls and equipping you with the necessary tools and mindset to navigate the complexities of the sports field, as an official and/or player. Giving you strategies to help you face challenges and thrive on your unique, sporting journey is a win. Having netball umpires stay in the game and become high performers is a win-win!
